Welcome to Robert and Thomas

We are very pleased to welcome Robert Kidd and Thomas Linemann to our team.

Robert provides extensive global health economic and HTA experience and is a specialist within advanced health economic modelling. Robert will primarily support with our development of global (core) health economic models and HTA submissions for England, Wales, and Scotland.

Prior to joining Nordic HTA, Robert was a Senior Health Economist as BresMed (a UK based HEOR consultancy) for the last 8 years, primarily developing global health economic models, and leading HTA submissions for England, Wales, Scotland and South Korea. He has advanced experience in in leading projects to deliver economic models and supporting documentation, including HTA submissions, early economic modelling and global economic modelling. He has extensive experience in advanced health economic models including decision trees, Markov models and partitioned survival modelling. He is experienced in a wide variety of therapeutic areas with a specialism in oncology.

Robert holds a Msc in Health Economics & Decision Modelling from the University of Sheffield and a BSc in Mathematics from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Thomas provides HTA expertise with in-depth knowledge of the Danish HTA process and is furthermore a specialist within medical and scientific writing including systematic literature reviews and clinical evidence generation. Thomas will primarily support with HTA submissions in the Nordics and scientific writing.

Prior to joining NHTA, Thomas served for 4 years as a senior health scientific consultant at the Danish Medicines Council, responsible for appraisal documents for new medicines and treatment guidelines. Thomas has worked with a wide variety of therapeutic areas with specialism in orphan diseases and oncology. Prior to the DMC, Thomas held positions within regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance.

Thomas holds a Msc in Biomedicine and a BSc in Medicine with Industrial Specialization from Aalborg University, Denmark.
